Agreement
These terms govern your use of turtlesanddolphins.com and of any application operated by Turtles & Dolphins LLC, a California limited liability company. By using the site or an application, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use them.
Use of the site
You may use this site for lawful purposes. You may not attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of it, interfere with its operation, or use it to send unsolicited communications.
SMS notification terms
These terms apply to anyone who has opted in to receive text message notifications from Turtles & Dolphins LLC.
- What you receive. Operational and compliance notifications relating to the account you configured — filing deadlines, obligations coming due, and actions needing attention. We do not send marketing messages under this program.
- How you opt in. Inside the application, by entering and verifying your own mobile number and switching on the notification control. The control is never pre-enabled, and consent is recorded with the date and time.
- Message frequency. Frequency varies with deadlines and account activity. In ordinary use, fewer than ten messages per month, and in most months none.
- Message and data rates may apply. Your carrier's standard rates apply to messages sent and received. We make no charge for the notifications.
- Opting out. Reply STOP at any time to stop receiving messages, or switch the control off in the application. You will receive one confirmation and then no further messages.
- Help. Reply HELP, or email shadd@turtlesanddolphins.com.
- Delivery. Delivery is not guaranteed. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
- Privacy. Mobile numbers are never shared, sold or rented to anyone. See our Privacy Policy.
Intellectual property
The content of this site, including text, design, logos and artwork, belongs to Turtles & Dolphins LLC or is used with permission. You may not reproduce it commercially without written consent.
No professional advice
Nothing on this site or in our applications is legal, tax or accounting advice. Our internal tools compute figures and track deadlines for our own use; they are not a substitute for a qualified professional.
Disclaimer and limitation of liability
The site and applications are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law. Turtles & Dolphins LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising out of your use of them.
Changes
We may update these terms. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance, and the effective date at the top of this page will be updated.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in California.
